What happens when i place a order?

After reciving payment confirmation your requested service will automaticlly be prepared within a few minutes.
Once ready you will be able to find your service on your dashboard.
From Here you can change its configuration or start it right away using the default configuration

How do i start my service?

In your dashboard you will see your services. Click on the desired service and using the power button to start your service

How do i backup my service?

In the control panel of your service you will see a backup section. within this backup section you are able to create schedule snapshots and backups.
You are also able to create snapshots on demand

Where are the servers located?

Currently all our servers are deployed within The Netherlands.

How are the servers powered?

Using clean energy is one of our biggest priorities.
Currently Zentexs generates over two times its servers power consumption trough solar during sun light hours.
Besides this we only use green power provides and only use generator power as a last resort

What is shared hosting?

With shared hosting your service will be deployed as a container on a shared envirement.
This means that your service isn't deployed on its own pysical/vurtial server.
Because of this the service will be able to user more of its resources to its workload.

Dont worry! The rented resources are reserved for your service(s).

Billing

When will i be charged?

During checkout you will be charged for the piriod you have selected. Once the payment is confirmed you will be able to start using your service.

What happens if a payment is late or fails?

If issues arise during proccsesing we will reachout trough email to resolve the issue.
Your service might get suspended if this is outside a payed time piriod. No service data will be deleted without clear communication.

Can i cancel at any time?

You can cancel your service at any time on the control panel of your service.
If you do so before your next payment pirod your service will remain active for the period paid for.

Can i recive a refund?

We normaly dont offer refunds due to the nature of our services.
Especially for the compute hours that have been used.
However we understand that each refund has its own story.
If you believe there has been a mistake or something didint work as expected.
Then please reachout, we review each case individually and will do our best to find a fair solution.

How are payments handeled?

We use Stripe to handel all our online payments.
Unless a other payment solution was agreed apon.
